What Are The Requirements Of Professional Exam In Civil Service

I am a college graduate/undergraduate, what level of exam should I take?

The level of exam you should have depends on what type of eligibility you wish to learn and there is no education requirement to have the CS Exam. As long as you are 18 years old at the time of awarding, you can take either the Professional or Sub-professional exam.

Professional LEVEL

The civil service eligibility resulting from passing the Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test  (CSE-PPT) Professional person Level shall exist called Career Service Professional Eligibility.

It is a 2d level eligibility appropriate for both first level (clerical) and 2d level (technical) positions in the government that exercise not involve practice of profession and are non covered by special/other laws.

Scope of Examination:
In English and Filipino: vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, paragraph system, reading comprehension, analogy, logic, numerical reasoning and general information items on: Philippine Constitution; Code of Behave and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R. A. 6713); Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts; and Surround Direction and Protection.

Time Limit: 3 hours, 10 minutes
Test Proper: 8:00 a.yard. to eleven:ten a.one thousand.
Time Required for Pre and Mail service Exam Activities/Documentation: Approximately one hour earlier and one hour later the exam proper.

SUBPROFESSIONAL LEVEL

The ceremonious service eligibility resulting from passing the Career Service Examination - Pen and Newspaper Test  (CSE-PPT) Subprofessional Level shall be called Career Service Subprofessional Eligibility.

It is a beginning level eligibility advisable simply for first level (clerical) positions in the government that practise not involve practice of profession and are not covered past special/other laws.

Telescopic of Examination:
In English language and Filipino: vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, paragraph organisation, reading comprehension, spelling, clerical operations, numerical reasoning and general data items on: Philippine Constitution; Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R. A. 6713); Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts; and Environment Management and Protection.

Time Limit:two hours, twoscore minutes
Test Proper:8:00 a.k. to x:40 a.m.
Time Required for Pre and Mail Examination Activities/Documentation:Approximately one hr before and one 60 minutes after the test proper.

What practice you mean by starting time level and second level positions?

The kickoff level includes clerical, trades, crafts, and custodial service positions which involve not-professional person or sub-professional work in a non-supervisory or supervisory capacity requiring less than four years of collegiate studies.

  • Administrative Assistant I to Half-dozen
  • Administrative Services Banana I to Ii
  • Greenbacks Clerk I to IV
  • Nutrient Drug Inspector
  • HR Management Banana I to Two

The 2d level includes professional, technical, and scientific positions which involve professional, technical, or scientific piece of work in a non-supervisory or supervisory capacity requiring at least 4 years of college work upwards to Division Master level.

  • Cashier A to D
  • Cashier I to VI
  • Food Drug Regulation Officeholder I
  • Hour Management Oto Officeholder I to V
